Fanzsay is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

This page outlines our standards, prevention mechanisms, and reporting procedures.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Fanzsay strictly prohibits:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  

• Sexual exploitation of minors
  

• Grooming behavior
  

• Sexualized content involving minors
  

• Any content that endangers children
  

Any violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities.

2. Age Restrictions

Fanzsay is intended for users aged 13 years and older.

We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts.
If we discover that a child under 13 has registered, we will immediately remove the account and associated data.

3. Content Moderation

Fanzsay includes the following safety measures:

• Admin content moderation dashboard
  

• Ability to remove inappropriate posts or comments
  

• User reporting mechanisms (where applicable)
  

• Monitoring of flagged or suspicious content
  

We review reported content promptly and take appropriate action.

4. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report inappropriate content directly within the app (where reporting is available) or by contacting: hcaggarwal23@gmail.com

Reports related to child safety are treated with highest priority and urgency.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Fanzsay complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations.

Where required, we will:

• Report confirmed CSAE content to appropriate authorities
  

• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
  

• Preserve relevant records as legally required
  

6. No Private Messaging Feature

Fanzsay does not currently support private messaging between users.
All user interactions occur through public posts and comments, which are subject to moderation.

This reduces the risk of hidden harmful interactions.

7. No Persistent Chat History in AI Chatbot

Our AI chatbot does not store chat history.
Each session is independent, reducing risk of misuse.

The chatbot is restricted to sports-related queries only.

8. Enforcement Actions

If a user violates our child safety standards, we may:

• Remove content immediately
  

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  

• Report illegal content to authorities
  

• Restrict platform access
  

No warnings are required for severe violations.
